All appointments booked are subject to a 25% deposit charge which will be deductable from the final total. Deposits for bridal bookings are non-refundable.  Any cancellation  will forfeit the deposit (including if the final numbers drop, the deposit paid for those cancellations will not be refunded and cannot be used against the final balance).

Deposits for group bookings and lessons are refundable only up until 90 days before the date of the appointment. Any cancellation after this time period will forfeit the deposit.

Deposits for any other appointments are refundable only up until 60 days before the date of the appointment. Any cancellations after this time period will forfeit the deposit.

Deposits can be made by cash, via bacs or via PayPal (please note PayPal payments will incur a handling fee of 5%).

Please note we reserve the right to refuse appointments to those who repeatedly cancel.
